The nation mourns

Instead of hating the country and the leaders who are in office, why not love the country instead and vote for the elections on 2010.

let us stop blaming the government, instead we must open our eyes and be responsible for our future leaders.

Today, I have seen how much the Filipinos loved their leader "Cory Aquino". The late president was one of the nation's most favorite leaders in the history of the Philippines. Not only was she the first woman president, but she was the first Mother to all of the nation. How was she able to get the hearts of the Filipino? By being strong and keeping the 'Filipino faith' fortified and united as one. Let not religion be an adversity for Filipinos, let it be what binds our hearts as a one true nation. I may not be a full fledged patriot to this country of ours; but I do consider myself as a Filipino and I am proud of it. I may not look one or may be act one at times, but deep within my heart I am one. I wasn't born yet during the first EDSA people power, but I am proud to say that I am able to witness CORY Aquino's funeral thanksgiving.

There are some religions that they believe death is an enemy, let us not be an opposition to that belief instead carry on and believe in what we really "believe". As a Filipino, I extend my warm and sincere condolence to the AQUINO family who was left by their Patriotic parents. The nation mourns for her death, and let us be happy for her well being and carry on thru what is at present. Let their memories be treasured, but let us not be left stuck in the past; we All know that Death is the hardest part of acceptance that we believed that its hard to accept what is true and what was left to us. Now, let us go on and be thankful about it; because she is at peace and is now resting.
